At Promise Care Hospice, we offer comfort, dignity and support for patients and their families as they journey through end-of-life issues. We know these are difficult times; decisions are hard and stress can be overwhelming. We are here to share your journey; to offer compassion and real help.
Our Caregivers
Our expert teams of caregivers consist of registered nurses, physicians, home healthcare aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors and trained volunteers. They provide palliative care to ease pain and discomforting symptoms. In addition, they provide social and spiritual support for both patients and their loved ones.
Our Philosophy
Hospice affirms life with focus on the quality of life. Hospice exists to provide support and care for persons in the last phases of a terminal illness so that they might live as fully and comfortably as possible. Hospice recognizes dying as a normal process whether or not resulting from disease processes. Hospice functions in the hope and belief that through appropriate care and the support of a caring community sensitive to their needs, patients and families may be free to attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for death that is peaceful and acceptable to them.
Our Goal
Death with dignity is the goal of Promise Care Hospice. It is accomplished through the expression of sensitivity in the care of individuals facing their final phase of life. By doing so, Promise Care is able to pay tribute to the principles that distinguish hospice from other types of health care providers.
Our leadership team has over 30 years in combined home care experience. We are dedicated to ensuring quality care with a compassionate approach
